A curiosity for yoga or embodied movement is enough - no need to be advanced, flexible or 'good' at anything.
Practices are designed to be accessible and nourishing, meeting each body where it is.
Experience can range from complete beginner to long- time practitioners, with space to move gently or explore more deeply what feels right
This space also suits those craving restoration as much as exploration, a balance of structure and spaciousness, activity and rest. A time to soften, to breathe, to connect with the body without pressure or performance.
More than a series of classes this is an immersion. Through movement, stillness, shared meals and unhurried days, something begins to settle. Layers drop. Attention turns inward. This is where quiet transformation begins

The rhythm of the Retreat
Arrival - Day 1
Check in from 2pm - time to explore the space, settle in and enjoy welcome drinks and snacks
5.30pm Opening Yoga Practice - A warm introduction to the body, the group and the land
7.30pm- Dinner on the terrace
Days 2-4
6.30am -7am - Sunrise meditation + gratitude practice, followed by morning drinks
8.00am - 10.00am - Morning yoga practice, mindful swim
10.30am - Breakfast
12.00pm Guided walks or free time - spa, hammam, therma pool, relaxation room (spa treatments not included in price but very reasonably priced)
4.30pm - Afternoon practice: slow sensory-led sessions weaving breathwork, gentle movment, sound and guided meditation to soften the body and prepare for the evening
Day 5 - A day in the desert
A gentle and fun journey into the open landscape of the desert. Time to travel slowly, take in the vastness, and experience the desert in its sun warmed terrain. Space for perspective, smiles and laughter, a different rhythm into the evening sun.
Day 6
6.30 -7am Sunrise meditation + gratitude practice, followed by morning drinks
8.00am - 10.00am Morning yoga practice, mindful swim
10.30am Breakfast
12pm - Marrakech exploration - a visit in to the heart of Marrakech. Time to wander the souks, take in the colours, and scents of the city, enjoy unhurried exploration , pausing for tea.
As the evening approaches, there is the option to stay in the city for dinner or return to the hotel to rest and enjoy a quieter evening. The day is designed to feel spacious and unforced
Day 7 - Closing and integration
6.30am - closing yoga practice and free movement - a spacious intuitive session to integrate the week, followed by a shared space for reflection and gentle goodbyes
Breakfast together, with time to pack slowly, exchange contacts and depart in your own time
